A good code editor, but crashes A good code editor, but crashes

I use this to edit a variety of script-type files with my Surface, but when I'm using the keyboard and push Ctrl+S out of instinct, the program crashes. While it does save my work, this is quite annoying.

MarkPad

Fantastic, light-weight Markdown App Fantastic, light-weight Markdown App

This was, honestly, exactly what I was looking for with a Markdown editor. I use this for editing Github wiki pages, and it works fantastically. I can't wait for a Github application to come along so I can actually complete the entire workcycle (Maybe with the share interface, or perhaps built in to MarkPad in the future).

IRC Explorer

Absolutely worth the price Absolutely worth the price

IRC Explorer is almost exactly what I was looking for in an IRC client; good notifications on messages and user events, very clean display, and good snap support, and synchronization of user settings across devices. The only issue I have is that I sometimes want an alert sound when a message is received, even when the application is in focus (i.e. I'm away from my computer, but still within earshot). Also, some more customizability about what types of notifications I want. Otherwise excellent.
