Cannot download 8.1 Cannot download 8.1I have tried 5 times to download (Running 8 now) and each time it takes about 45 minutes to get to the screen that says "your computer will restart several times". It then starts it once and then again, but then goes to gray screen, & then black screen. I have even let it sit for hours like this with no results. I have to push start button to get off black screen & then it takes about an hour to restore "prior version 8". POS!!!
