Logitech Camera Controller

Just like the other gentleman with Windows 8.1 in his computer, I found that I cannot access the advanced camera options, such as zoom in/out, pan, and tilt, while in the camera app. The only thing I can do when in the camera app is to physically (not digitally) tilt the camera up/down or move it left/right and forward/backward. The desktop application serves only as a demonstration of what the advanced camera options can do. Kinda like dangling a piece of meat in front of a hungry man tied to a chair. I will call Logitech support in the next few days to see if they've already come up with a fix. The other gentleman's review was around 2/24. Today's 6/10/2014. Logitech should have come up with a fix, don't you think so? Should I hold my breath? 6/11/2014 Update: Logitech came back to me saying that "the software is not fully supported in Windows 8.1. We don't recommend our customer to install the software since it may cause your computer to encounter problems." Useless POS!
