Expense MX

Expense MX is a simple expense tracking application targeted at business users who capture details of expense receipts and report them. You can export as CSV, share and print your expenses.

The application displays expense envelopes tracked in one of three states - "current", "submitted" or "paid".

In an envelope, you can capture photos of your expense receipts ( or bring them in from other sources like SkyDrive or files on your computer ) and quickly tag each receipt with an amount, description, location and a category. The app then displays summaries by category so you know how much money you've spent, how much you're waiting to be paid and how much you've been paid in the past.

Expense envelopes can easily be exported to CSV format and opened in your default application (such as Microsoft Excel (TM)) so that it's easy to transfer the data you've captured into whatever system you use to report your expenses internally. You can even use the snapped view support to have both apps on the screen at the same time.

Expense MX integrates with Windows 8 features making it easy to print your expenses via the devices charm, share data with other applications via the sharing charm and to see "at a glance" what expenses you have via the Live Tile.
