Blue Iris Companion Blue Iris CompanionI have been using Blue Iris software for around six months now, and love it. The Blue Iris Companion app is awesome!! It takes all the info regarding my cameras, and places it in a very easy to use interface. I installed the app, plugged in my server address, and everything worked instantly, and it looks good as well. Good Job, and worth the small price for the full version. Now that I have been using BIC for a few weeks video playback is jittery and sluggish, this was not the case when it was originally installed. Hopefully there will be an update soon, to correct this.

Great! Room for improvement, though...[updated] Great! Room for improvement, though...[updated]Great job! The app looks beautiful on Windows 8.1! Very impressive! Well worth the small fee, BUT... ...I need push alert notifications to sound on my machine. Also, need audio support for capable cameras. My wife's 'Droids get audio but my two BIC apps for my Win8.1/Win8 Phone devices are red-headed stepchildren. Still, it's a great app to have.

Not what I expected Not what I expectedI guess I am just spoiled by the official apps for ios and android. This ads looks great, but is too slow to even use. Also, there is no sound unless I am just missing something. Since I already paid for it I will look in on it when/if there are any updates that will improve support, but until then, I will not be using it at all... Sadness...

Sort of works Sort of worksWill not use external Dynamic DNS address locally. Must set to local network. Unsure what will happen when I leave premises. Not enough settings or options to delete Alerts. Might not have as much settings as iPAD or Android and definitely not as much as the server. Its a great start. I have a lot of good experience with the BI server, just need rock solid ability offsite and DYNDNS is an additional start to help but 99% of remote access to servers on the internet just SUCK. This app could be the saving Grailto all frustration away from my BI server. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! Please support Blue Iris!
